The 2019 Honda Passport
The 2019 Honda Passport is an all-new model offered in four unique trim levels: Sport, EX-L, Touring, and Elite. All trim levels come with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that generates 280 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque. The engine comes paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and is available with front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The Sport, EX-L, and Touring trims come in front-wheel drive, while the Elite offers all-wheel drive.
Although only offered in four trim levels, the Honda Passport manages to bring quite the number of features to the table. For instance, the base Sport gets you forward collision warning, LED headlights, 20-inch wheels, adaptive cruise control, tri-zone automatic climate control, a seven-speaker audio system, and more. The top trim, the Elite, gains auto-dimming side mirrors, a wireless smartphone charging pad, ventilated front seats, LED interior lighting, and other features.
On the inside of the Passport, you and your passengers will enjoy the comfortable and cozy seats. The extremely spacious cabin won't ever make you feel claustrophobic. On top of that, the technology features ensure you and your friends will enjoy staying engaged and connected during your journey.
The 2019 Toyota Highlander
The 2019 Toyota Highlander comes in six separate trim levels: LE, LE Plus, XLE, SE, Limited, and Limited Platinum. When it comes to the engine, drivers have two choices. First, there's a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that delivers 185 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque paired to a six-speed automatic transmission. This engine comes in front-wheel drive. There's also a 3.5-liter V6 that puts out 295 hp and 263 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
You'll find numerous features with the Highlander as well. The base LE gets you a rearview camera, a CD player, five USB ports, 18-inch alloy wheels, a height-adjustable driver's seat, and more. You also receive a 60/40-split second row and a 60/40-split third row which gives you extra room for cargo. The top trim, the Limited Platinum, comes with a panoramic sunroof, a heated steering wheel, front parking sensors, automatic wipers, and more.
Just as with the Honda Passport, the Highlander offers lots of comfort and other amenities. The seats are comfortable, but won't stay that way when you're travelling long distances. You still receive plenty of space, which your passengers will enjoy.
