I've had a small accident & was wondering how well this dealership does in repairs ?

Sorry to say, but we do not have a Body Shop at our location.  We do recommend our customers to Ponto's Auto Body in Bradenton.  

What can I do to trade my vehicle in if I'm no longer happy with it, but I'm still financing it through another company?
I have bought several Hondas from this dealership. Go visit them, tell them what you want to do and they will accommodate you. People are nice and the service dept is excellent. 

If I have my car towed in for service do I get a courtesy vehicle to use ??

They do have loaners and a shuttle van.

Can I get oil change?

Yes

Do I need an appointment to get an oil change?

No ... but it is highly suggested to do so.
